Lois Bellew
I love exploring what can be done with different techniques using textiles and mixed media. I am particularly driven, at the moment, by looking at recycling. We live in a world of waste and scarce natural resources so it is a challenge to use what I have available to me already. I find every piece of work a true 'challenge' but learn something from each of them that equips me well for the next one. Stitching is what I love to do. As a Stitch Witch I can explore different avenues that I may not, necessarily, ventured towards in my own field of research.
